When a child comes into our care it is usually through emergency circumstances. Being able to give them a bag full of items they need and that will bring comfort makes a difference! Together We Rise has a Sweet Cases program or you can create your own by purchasing bags and filling them with items such as these:
Kids ages 0-10:
- Bag
- PJs
- Small blanket
- Youth toothbrush & toothpaste
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Lotion
- Soap or body wash
- Combs/brushes (for white & African American children)
- Stuffed animal
- Coloring book & crayons
- Book
Kids ages 10+:
- Bag
- PJs or sleepwear (size 10 to Adult XXL)
- Small Blanket
- Adult toothbrush & toothpaste
- Shampoo & Conditioner
- Lotion
- Soap or Body Wash
- Deodorant
- Combs/brushes (for white & African American youth)
- Journal, pens, & pencils
- Book
