The Child Support Customer Service Web Portal allows you to view case information, make payments, print up to two years of payment history, and contact your child support worker.
Registration Instructions
If you have a Driver’s License:
- Visit childsupport.ohio.gov and select “Register” from the login page.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create an OHID account. If you already have an OHID account, enter your existing username and password.
- Enter your Ohio Driver’s License number (or State ID/BMV Key Number), Social Security number, date of birth, last name, and email address.
If you don't have a Driver’s License:
- Visit childsupport.ohio.gov and select “Register” from the login page.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to create an OHID. If you already have an OHID account, enter your existing username and password.
- Select “I don’t have an Ohio Driver’s License, State ID or Key Number.”
- Enter your Case Number (beginning with a 7), Social Security number, and email address.
- If you are ordered to receive support on any case, you will be required to enter the last four digits of your smiONE card number or your direct deposit account number.
- If you are ordered to pay support or you receive support but do not have a smiONE or direct deposit account established, you will be required to enter your 12-digit Web ID.*
