The Career Pathway Program for Fathers (CPPF) will serve fathers who are at or below the federal poverty level and/or low-income status; have experienced recent or long-term lack of employment; may have had criminal justice system involvement; face challenges with child support and/or custody, and those interested in improving, strengthening or developing a relationship with children.

The Career Pathway Program for Fathers (CPPF) Assists fathers in building the skills necessary to gain and retain employment and be able to contribute both financially and emotionally to their families. Helps fathers improve their parenting skills. Job readiness workshops are four weeks of classroom instruction, Monday through Friday, with job club, job search and retention support following completion. The program includes a menu of services that are flexible and can serve those who are work ready and can move quickly through programming with limited support (an updated resume or to enhance interviewing skills).
