The Cuyahoga County Office of Reentry is committed to strengthening a network of community partners by coordinating innovative programs and services that assure quality opportunities needed for a successful reintegration.
We partner with many community organizations that work directly with those that have been justice impacted to navigate specific services like housing, employment, workforce development training, benefit assistance, reunification and navigating the justice system.

The Cuyahoga County Bridge Beyond Benefits program is for people who see their public assistance decrease significantly when they earn more money, which is often called “hitting a ‘benefit cliff’."

United Way 211 provides free and confidential referral services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Cuyahoga County Office of Public Defender
Provides legal representation to adults and juveniles facing criminal charges. They are committed to providing excellent representation to protect the rights, liberties, and dignity of those who cannot afford to retain counsel in criminal, juvenile delinquency, and parental rights' cases.
Case Western Reserve University Second Chance Reentry Law Clinic
Assists individuals facing barriers as a result of their criminal records. The clinic's cases sit at the intersection of the civil and criminal legal systems and tackle issues related to mass incarceration, prisoner reentry and the collateral consequences of criminal convictions.
Cleveland State University Pardon, Clemency and Reentry Clinic
The Pardon, Clemency and Reentry Clinic aims to help indigent individuals in Northeast Ohio continue to redefine themselves and their futures after a criminal conviction.
Legal Aid Society of Cleveland
The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland serves people and groups with low income in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain Counties with civil legal problems related to benefits, education, employment, family, health, housing, immigration, and money.
