The Office of Reentry is a community initiative under the Cuyahoga County Department of Health and Human Services that coordinates local efforts to support the successful reintegration of individuals transitioning from incarceration to community. Our Office champions reentry research, community education, and best practices in service delivery, offering access to legal services, expungement clinics, GED support, housing stability, basic needs, family assistance, and a one-stop for reentry services. We support policymakers, community leaders, and service providers in understanding and overcoming reentry challenges by convening the community to identify issues and direct comprehensive, cost-effective solutions.
