This April, we are coming together across the county for our 2nd Annual Reentry Awareness Month.

This is a call to every neighbor, employer, and family member to recognize that when we clear the path for one person, we strengthen the foundation for us all. While we must confront the real barriers like the "invisible walls" that limit housing, employment, and stability this month is also a time to shine a light on the incredible resilience and talent within our community. We are here to celebrate the successes and highlights of those who have navigated the journey home and are now leading the way as entrepreneurs, workers, and neighbors. True community means making sure everyone has a fair shot at a new chapter.

By bridging the gap between those with lived experience and those looking to learn, we are turning shared challenges into collective success.

Whether you are joining us for the Reentry Simulation, the Job Fair at Tower City, or our local Arts and Culinary Showcases, this month is about seeing the potential in every resident and working together as a county to make that potential a reality with the theme: Building Community, Creating Champions!
