Whether you have one or multiple cases, all support payments will disburse to this card. Please don’t throw this card away, even if you enroll in the direct deposit form of payment. If this card is stolen or lost, you must call 1-833-261-5737.
If you do not sign up for direct deposit, you will be issued a debit card.

You can use a checking or savings account.
Complete an enrollment/authorization form.
If you change accounts or banks, you must notify the OCSS immediately to avoid payments disbursing to a closed account. You will also need to complete another enrollment/authorization form for the new account. After Child Support Payment Central receives your form, enrollment takes approximately three weeks.
